I'd suggest eating the amount of calories MFP recommends after your workout. Try to get to 0 as possible throughout the day. The faster you lose it, the easier you put it on. You shouldn't lose too much weight too quickly. Best of luck, Ryan!!

3.5 pounds is A LOT of weight to lose per week!! That's not terribly healthy. Try going a little slower. The slower you take it off, the harder it ist o put back on.

Honestly, I would say to eat dinner, like usual, and just choose not to partake in any of the 'unhealthy' foods. A piece of cake WON'T kill you if that's all you eat while at the party. Just remember not to pig out.
