  • Ha Ha @germany03 . Sick of the snow and shoveling it...Supposed to be 60 degrees next week, so it may no longer be an issue.
  • Ok, so I am doing my exercise every day, but have stopped messing with containers. Need to get back to it....or at least some sort of calorie counting. Can't really get outside to exercise since all of the sidewalks are piled with snow.
  • Good ideas @germany03 and @mscote12 . I got very bored quickly with the food and strayed after a couple of weeks. I am wondering that myself @thegatti. I started off saying "its only 21 days!" but I had a hard time not being excited by any of the food after a few weeks.

  • Checking in anyway, thought it wasn't a good day..stayed at my sister's house and then came home and ate pepperoni pizza...oh well. Will get back on track tomorrow.
  • On Day 13. Got up and got exercise out of the way first thing. Cheated a bit on my food (cheese popcorn).

  • Almost done with day8! It is getting easier, and I have lost 6 pounds since my last weigh in (water weight is much of it I am sure, but so what?). Hope I continue to stay motivated. Need to lose at least 14 more....maybe this will be the year to finally do it.

  • I started having these issues soon after I got pregnant with my first child. Turns out my pregnancy triggered thyroid issues. Unfortunately I held off on asking the doctor about it (9 years) and remain very hypothryroid.
