Greetings from Billings, Montana, USA! I have an open food diary if you'd like to add me to your list. :)

The only "success" that has been found was in a lab, with rats, at EXTREME dosages. Waste of money, not worth it.

Give it 4-6 weeks before you reassess your situation. It takes time for your body to adjust. And if you just started working out hard, then your muscles are going to retain water to help them heal.

I get you on the sensory issues. Texture kills me on some things, like bananas, yogurt, eggplant and tomatoes. I only take the first two in smoothies (the frozen fruits and veggies I put in helps it have a milkshake like texture instead), and I just don't bother with eggplant. On tomatoes, I take the time to remove the…

Anywhere from 1600-1900 depending on how hungry I am. I'm losing, but very slowly at this point because I've had to stop lifting until I can find out what's wrong with my wrist.

I'll be a senior for another three years. :P Decided to add a second degree with less than a year left on my first!

I thought I was the only person that couldn't stand the aftertaste!

Hey, feel free to add me. I'm waiting on an injury to clear up, but then I'm going straight to the gym!
-
I log pretty much daily if you'd like to add me.

Your goal is 98 lbs??? Honey, unless you're 4'10, that's not a healthy goal. Are you seeing a therapist?

For wood, I got a nice wood frame for our picture from our first Marine Corps Ball. It looks lovely as a piece with all of his other Marine Corps items.

Not worth the money. I can't stand anything with aspartame, sucralose or stevia in it, though. I use unflavored whey isolate when I need an extra protein boost. Way better because I can mix it with anything from water to lemonade to smoothies.

It tastes like burning!

I eat brie on apple slices. It's one of my favorite things. There is no reason cheese will stop you from losing weight if you're still eating at deficit.
-
OH! And also take measurements. You can be not losing weight, but still be losing inches.

Hello from a fellow hypothyroid sufferer! It is rough to lose weight with an under active thyroid. But three weeks isn't enough time, either. 4-6 weeks is the norm for trying to see changes. What kind of exercising and weights do you do? Also, when was the last time your thyroid was checked? Do you drink enough water? Is a…

I'm not sure what "direct sales" you're in, but if it's a multi-level marketing, I can only say GET OUT NOW. If you're having to reel in customers, that doesn't sound good. Working in retail, I hated having to try to talk people into getting things they really didn't need- and I didn't get a commission or anything but…

I can't imagine shooting that crap into my face. We all get older. Take care of your skin and let go. Natural way to help your skin look nice and feel nicer? Wash with oil. Cheaper and no nasty paralyzing of the face that needs to be repeated often.

Stop tracking sugar. It's ridiculous because if you eat a single piece of fruit, you're going to go over in sugar. For calories, I suggest checking this out: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/974889-in-place-of-a-road-map-short-n-sweet Helloitsdan can answer questions on it for you, too. The protein number they put…

Best way ever to go through the journey when things are freaking CONFUSING: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/974889-in-place-of-a-road-map-short-n-sweet If you want the loooooong explanation (it takes you step by step through it all): http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/974888-in-place-of-a-road-map-2k13 This…

Yeah, it's most likely water weight that's gone if you've cut down sodium. Also, if you're taking in more fiber, your body is probably *ahem* evacuating more efficiently.
-
If you ate out, you probably took in a lot more sodium than you normally do and you retained water.
-
Feel free to add me. I'm 5'6" with 52 lbs left to lose (started with 65)

Nothin' better than an unsuspecting kid getting kicked into a mudhole by a kangaroo. *tearsnort*

Ranger from the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich, or Gerwulf Grimoire from the Wicked series by the same author.

While the "detox" part of it I don't think really matters (your liver and kidneys do all of the detoxing your body really needs), it is a FANTASTIC way to get people to drink MORE water, which is very necessary for promoting better bowels and easing water retention. It sounds delicious!

Not for indoor taps. We're getting our outdoor and sprinkler system taps blown out on Saturday, though. We've already had snow, so it's definitely time. Now, I just need to get the trees wrapped...

Finding the right medication is a good start. The right medication doesn't make you "not care". I'm bipolar II and have some anxiety issues. It's made a world of difference to get the right medications for me. I've tried close to a dozen medications before I found the right ones. And now I don't have my depressed days or…
