Thanks for the replies! I've tried to print out some workouts (strength training) but it seems like the longest time of my life but then I throw on some Gilad and it feels like 5 mins!

Agreed! Or at least low calorie that tastes just like it's amazing 160 cal version. I'm like you, I grew to love Diet Mt Dew I could do the same with wine! haha

You literally made me lol! I use to feel the EXACT same way! But 10 yrs later I believe it was God's gift to me! Thanks for everyone's replies! I guess I should have added I drink 2 a day (Monday - Friday) but we won't go into how many I drink on the weekend....I feel better about my addiction to it.
