Gilad's Body in Motion and Total Body Workouts on TV
Does anyone else "workout with Gilad" on his two shows that are on Discovery Health? Wondering if you feel this is a good strength training workout for each day (if you do both shows)? They are about 18-22 mins long if you fast forward through commercials. 5 mins warmup and a 5 min ab at the end. Thoughts?
