I use honey or a tablespoon of double the fruit strawberry jam. Unsweetened I use it to replace sour cream.

I agree most don't taste good on their own. Mixed with you favourite frozen fruit maybe a splash of vanilla. With the shake and the fruit is surprisingly filling for a liquid meal.

I don't think fasting is a good idea but juicing can be a great way to up your veggie and fruit intake. A couple of mornings a week I make a smoothie with protein powder two servings of fruit and two veggies usually spinach and it is tasty. It is nice have two servings of veggies in before 9 am.

Thanks for all the kind words. I know that it really isn't the three cookies that the calories alone couldn't do it. It just seemed crappy timing and bummed me out. Water Water Water is my chant for today and no more cookies for me. Hope everyone has a great day.
