  • Hi people im 40 and live in London, need some help to shift this damn weight, if anyone can support me id very much appreciate you added me as a friend. Fed up with being a fat dad so last year embarked on losing weight, I lost 3 stone but sadly ive put a stone back on grr.. Please help before I eat something. Cheers :)
