Vodka, water and squeezed lime :) You need to find a balance between drinking and social and being serious about weight loss - if you know you have a heavy night out at the weekend then maybe be extra good one day in the week? Its all about balance and moderation x

Thanks - maybe it could be too do with the weather / hayfever etc. I'm not feeling unwell at all apart from the pain when exercising and until it wears off......very strange.

I sometimes do a paprika chicken - just chicken sweetcorn (plus any other veg) onions and fry with paprika - could add some tatties or a salad with it? Or fish and potatoes and veg - those sorts of combos!

I have PF and find when I get a flare up exercise is just a no go unfortunately :( Like others have said though, leg raises and some stretching, ice and feet up for a few days often it can ease up then you may find you are able to get back to your walking and exercise.

I drink protein shakes but bought ones specificially for females - on Maxitone Sculptress weightloss protein shake atm. They are really good and I find help - just dont go drinking the high calorie ones for men or youll put on weight lol!

Thanks! Understand everyone will have different experiences and I wont know till I try out a class at my gym.........thanks for the confidence boost though :) my stiff muscles will only be able to do what they can and will be easier with time!

DO IT!! First time I went it was on my own - just went in and asked someone in the class what equipment I needed and told instructor it was my first class. It went great :) You wont regret it!
