@Bxqtie116 trust me... Not all restaurants have their nutritional info espexially chinese ones. Hence my dilemma. And its impossibke to guestimate which i heard was friwned upin here anyways :|

Sorry I've been at work. I do have a food scale so everything that isn't quick adds are almost always measured out. That includes the steaks, salmon and fruits I've been logging. Yes the quick adds are when I eat out, but I'm asian and asian restaurants don't provide calorie info. How do you guys manage to have a life…

@isaackgmoon, like I said, I'm pretty sure i'm guesstimating on the high side.

Hmm yes... looking back i can see one entry where only calories were in the database and not the rest. Thanks lol

And what defines a serving? *noob*

@snazz I didn't just add a banana on top of my diet, I started subbing it for chips and whatnot but still seeing a gain

@redshoe it's been more than a day though.. Been a week and I'm up 4 but I'll give it another week or so before I fully spaz. If I creep back up to 140 I seriously will throw a fit! @AngelAmberL Thanks for the advice and everything! I'll definitely give it a shot but I have a question for you, when I cook rice, do I count…

I think 1400 calories is a fair goal and I'm pretty sure I'm meeting it (if not below). I'll try to track foods I actually make on my own but I still find it to be a difficult task.

I try to use a scale and count calories but it's almost near impossible to when you cook your own food since everything gets mixed in with other stuff and you can't measure it to a tee. Same with eating out. The only way I can 100% know how many calories I ate in a day is by eating prepacakged foods that have calories…

Thanks for the response guys. TOM isn't for another half month so definitely not that. I'd say when I was 133.5 I was in a state of dehydration so I'm really trying to be better with the water but yah it's just oh so frustrating!! I don't like seeing that number go up daily!
