If this was for me- I have those few rolls and all to lose. If I tone more and maintain current weight I'll be happy- I do have that extra fat to lose to see any toned muscles underneath- want to take the "ice layer" off lol

I feel like I'm finally making progress in this dept. It's hard. You definitely have to say no and even say it outloud. I live in a subdivision with different roads I would walk the long roads and jog/run the short now I've reversed it. Run long walk the short. Hopefully I'll be running the whole thing soon!! Twice! It's taking a couple of months to get here but I slacked in there too
