I swapped coffee creamer for skim milk! I also try to get in some 'random acts of excercise' throughout the day, I'll do a quick set of squats in my cubicle when no one is looking!

I enjoy it while I'm eating it, but regret it later! Eating unhealthy foods that I am not used to will upset my stomach and leave me bloated for several days afterwards.

I have!! I usually try to eat really clean and healthy, and when I go off track it makes me feel really crappy. I wonder if that is how I always used to feel and I just notice it now because I realize how great I can feel... My system just doesn't handle that stuff very well.

I highly doubt that you will get even a fraction of the nutrients you need by eating only one thing for several days. This sounds really unhealthy and obviosly it is unsustainable.

When I first started out, I refused to work out in front of him. No that I am more confident about it we work out together or go on hikes a couple times a week. Sometimes I even drag him to my yoga class!

I also drink a lot of tea in winter. I track it in my food diary, not as water.

When I'm feeling the urge to snack, and I know I'm not hungry, I'll drink a cup of tea. I don't know why, but it usually works for me. By the time I finish drinking it the cravings have pretty much gone away.

I'm going out tonight and am having the same dilema! I decided that I will just eat fairly light all day so I can imbibe tonight. I am going to the gym after work and decided however many calories I burn is how many beers I can drink!!! So I'll probably ending up busting my but so I can fully enjoy my evening :)

$100/week for me and by boyfriend. That is including non-food stuff like TP, shampoo, ziplocks, etc that we buy at the grocery store. This doesn't include eating out, we have that as a seperate expense on our budget.

Zap it in the microwave for a few minutes, let it cool, and it cuts in half really easily. AND then it takes less cooking time in the oven!

1200 is too low for me. I set mine to 1400/day. If I eat too little I end up starving, in a bad mood and binging.

Chobani Champions, they are 100 cals a piece and taste good...I don't really like the taste of greek yogurt either w/ the exception of these!

I eat them if I am hungry, I usually need some extra fuel when I work out. I never eat them just because they are there I and TRY to eat them back in healthy food...most fo the time :wink:
