Too much protein?
I went over my recommended protein intake today (by 20g, but stayed under in calories). Is that a bad thing? What does too much protein do? Thanks!

It's 3pm and I just hit that afternoon slump. Earlier today I was so motivated to hit the gym tonight! There is a PiYo class that I really enjoy but now I just feel so....BLAH. I just want to go home and be lazy. How do you get over the afternoon hump?

MFP WAY overestimates calorie burn? Good HRM to buy?
Hi there! I am fairly new here and feel like MFP really overestimates my calorie burn. I usually cut it in half to make sure I am not overestimating what I am burning.
