Not a fan of Mayo...I use mustard .....but using cottage cheese actually sounds yummy...I put Cottage Cheese on my homemade salads instead of dressing....love it...good protein source too

That's a good question...I would probably take off fitbit and long manually only because your workout will be incorporated with your whole day if you left it on...it would be hard to tell which part of your steps were fitbit vs. workout...it would tell you base on the effort... just a suggestion or Try using your fitbit…

Pinnacle vodka "Whipped" flavor and Diet Orange sunkist Soda or sugar free Orange flavored carb water....taste like a Creamsicie or Cotton Candy flavor in diet 7up...75-80 calories per 1 oz of vodka..and put it in sugar no calorie soda or club soda...and that's no calories or sugar......good luck

Try different smoothies that incorporate vegtables....if you have a smoothie place near you...check out their menu....some add wheatgrass, carrots, beets, kale and so on....having that once to twice a week will be helpful. I love my steamed broccoli with mustard...really good!!!

You all can find some great workout videos by going on You Tube....whatever kind of workout you are looking for...they have them. Save your money...you can find other sources to cover what you are looking for. Even Self.com has workout videos for free... Jus sayin!!!
