That's one way of looking at it. The other is that drinking 10 liters of Coke every day substantially reduces the likelihood of age-related diseases.

For something claiming to be a protein bar, they're kinda light on actual protein content. For a comparable, take a look at quest bars. Comparable on calories (160-200) depending on the flavor, and 20g protein.

It's really going to depend on the type of ride you're doing. If it's a supported trip, ie; someone will be following you in a car with your post ride stuff, or at least meeting you at predetermined locations, sure, a nice light road bike will be fine. Just make sure you bring plenty of water and fuel for the ride. If, on…

Nothing happens. Feel free to load up on protein, it's the best thing you can go over on.

Whey is a type of protein that's fairly rapidly absorbed by the body, and contains a higher amount of essential amino acids than other types of proteins. There's a good explanation of it here: http://www.bluebonnetnutrition.com/products/aminos_proteins (not an endorsement of their products, just a decent source of info)

Get the 1080p, especially with TV's over 30ish inches.

Weight is only one measurement to go by. I would shoot for a body fat percentage instead, it'll give you a better idea of how fit you are versus your actual weight, especially as you build muscle. Ideally, you should be under 20% body fat, and from there, see how much further you can/want to go.

More protein isn't going to hurt you. If anything, it will probably help, as you'll tend to feel fuller, longer from protein than you would from carbs or fat.

Mix it with water, and your choice of berries, bananas, or your favorite fruit, and blend until smooth. You can substitute milk for water, or throw in a little yogurt to thicken it up. Either way, it should wind up pretty filling.

Lentils can be used for all kinds of things. Soups, pilafs, you can even use them to make baked items. You can use them for almost anything you can use beans for.

Lentils are a good source of protein, and they're cheap.

If you go to some gyms, or nutritionists, they can do a pinch test, which involves basically pinching the fat on different parts of your body, measuring how much they're able to pinch, and calculating your body fat %. The easier way to do it, is to get a body composition monitor/scale which uses very low power electrical…

Generally you wind up eating more (usually of the non-nutritious food) to try and compensate for the lack of nutrients, and your body stores the excess calories and bad stuff in fat.

Try getting the 2% plain, and adding your own fruit, honey, etc. It has a creamier flavor to it. Or, try the Fage greek yogurt, it doesn't have the aftertaste that the chobani has.

Best advice I've seen is to stick to the perimeter of the grocery store. That's where you'll find all the fresh fruits, veggies, dairy, etc. All the processed stuff tends to be in the aisles in the center.

It also depends on how much you weigh. As you weigh less, MFP calculates your calorie burn at a lower rate because your body is able to work more efficiently.

Muscles tend to hold more water after working out, but what the person was likely referring to is that muscle weighs more than fat. So while their weight may have gone up, their measurements may have gone down, indicating that they've burned off some fat and replaced it with muscle. Additionally, weight will fluctuate on a…

I wouldn't worry too much about it as long as the sugars are coming from fruits, veggies, and other natural foods, but definitely try to avoid refined sugars.
