Anyone like Samoa Girl Scout Cookies?

If so, I have a great substitute for you! Kellogg's Fiber Plus Antioxidants Chewy Bars - Carmel Coconut Fudge taste just like a giant Samoa cookie. Size wise, I would say that the bars are about the equivalent of 4 Samoas.
Two Samoas have 150 calories and 8 grams of fat.
The Fiber Plus bars have 120 calories and 4 grams of fat. They are AWESOME! Hope this helps someone out there!

I realized that a box of Samoas is nearly equal to two hours on the elliptical. I then realized that I like Samoas less than I had in years past. Thanks for the substitution!!!!0

I'm going to have to get some of these. Are they really tough to chew like other fiber bars?0

Love them, Thamks!0

I think the real question is, who doesn't like them?0

Julie, they are a little chewy (I like them that way cus they take longer to eat). If you want them less chewy, put it in the microwave for about 8 seconds0

On my shopping list...0

No they aren't as hard to chew. That's one of the reasons I drink alot of my fiber....chewing those bars makes my jaws hurt. I thought for the longest time that's why they made them so hard to chew....to slow you down. But these are a MUCH softer bar!!! They are my favorite and I'm not sure what your screen advertisments are but mine is for 1.00 off a Kellogg's Fiber Plus Bar...Score!!!0

Thank you so much for this! My hubby bought FOUR boxes of Samoas. . . . when those get in the house, I am going to tell him to take those with him to work! o.00

THEY ARE SO GOOD! I may never order a box of samoas (or caramel delites as some people call them) again!
(ha wishful thinking.. but still. this is an AWESOME substitute)0 -
Will definitely have to try!!0

Of all the girl scout cookies Samoas are def my favorite, however they are not worth the fat/calories in my book!
Do you know how many carbs and sugar grams are in each bar? I have really tried to back off on carbs and try to get them in with whole foods. That being said, If I'm low on calories I will sometimes smear almond butter on a Kashi TLC Dark Chocolate Coconut fruit and grain bar. The Kashi bars are around 120cals, 3g of fat, 4fiber, 7sugars and even a good amount of protein I think. Not to bad for a little bar.0 -

I bought them yesterday when we went grocery shopping and had one for my afternoon snack. My fiance was making his pizza and heard an "oooohhh" from me and turned around thinking it was a bad "ooohhh". Nope, it was kind of like Homer Simpson when he eats doughnuts! They are amazingly terrific and they do taste just like samoas. They're awesome :happy:0
