Mine starts off with a dry mouth, then I feel a headache, then lack of concentration. Hydrating I have found helps. If your desperate eat fruit. It generally brings up the blood sugars right away :)

thank you I thought so too! I also feel that with taking them im much more vigilant of what else im eating as these shakes can make you bulk if your eating badly on them.

It's like a stretching pain, I did some dead lifting recently with the dumbells and now the joint in the mid arm, shoulder, upper back are very tender when I even flinch

Btw hunn, I DO log, just not in MFP... I only come here for advice, I usually eat to my BMR and train everyday for sport, I don't record every pound lost either, I just wanna eat right to feel right and not gain any weight, if I lose then its just an additional plus for me :)

I just want to say a massive thank you! I just finished the beet workout ever and after feeling so bloated this morning I now feel like a million bucks :) gonna move forward and not let this effect my goals :)

This is interesting as I have actually gone the other way, since I have cut down on the high fat foods I have dramatically increased my fluid intake to 'fill me up'. I'm constantly running to the bathroom lol But when I try to cut down on the fluids I just feel deprived and want to eat :/ Anyone any advice??
