Protein Shakes and weight loss
Hey, so I have recently been drinking one or two protein shakes as part of my calorie controlled diet. Mostly for straight after the gym and one before bed satisfies me for the morning, As long as include these in my total calorie intake, will these effect my weight loss journey? thanks

Post gym routine
Hey guys, just wondering what everyone's post gym/exercise routine was, mines usually home, eat, shower and then sleep as much as I can. Lots and lots of protein and some simple sugars at dinner. Try to hydrate as much as I can without upsetting my sleep too much with numerous trips to the bathroom :/

So I have looked at my diary and have seen that carbs are taking up the majority of my meals, trying to get protein as the main part if the meal but struggling as im on a budget and pasta, rice, frozen veg it's much more to what I can afford.
