Hey! So after 3 weeks of working towards 1200 calories i realised this was only making me binge eat, last weekend all I did was eat...eat....eat. Im not happy ab out it and have actually gain 5 lbs over the last 3 weeks. Yesturday I decided enough was enough and that I was gonna create a plan that worked. Although this is only day 2 I feel i have made a massive step forward. I plan my meals out and make sure that I eat every 3 hours as well as this I also have a 100 - 250kcal treat at 3pm each day to keep me motivated in my weight loss. I exercise and burn roughly 500kcal anyway so if I keep my cal intake to 1300 or under the lbs should slowly disappear. The method I use is:

8am - Breakfast
11am - Healthy Snack
1pm - Lunch
3pm - Treat
5pm - Dinner
(Workout time)
8pm - Supper (Post workout snack)

What Im asking is if anybody else follows the daily treat idea and do you think it helps in the long run in preventing binges even if it does add excess calories??

i dont do daily treats so much now but still have my treats , but to start with i did allow myself daily treats this seem to help stop the binging but as i started t loose weight the treats became less ,last time i tried to loose weight i think i was way to stricked with myself and didnt allow any treats this lead to some bad bad mad eating days cake sweets crisps and more every diet failed till now each week gets better with my eating and the treats get less often , you must do what works for you
