Healthy snack's

Hey! So my biggest downfall at the moment is snacking between meals and just before bed, really struggling and I was wondering if anyone had ideas or advice on foods I can buy that will keep me going and fill me up. Thanks guys :)

    I try not to snack before bed because that is my hardest time not to over do it. I usually have a cup of flavored tea. That makes me feel special. lol. I also find that eating a majority of my calories for breakfast and lunch helps too. If I let myself get hungry then I am in trouble. Snacks I like to keep on hand are raw almonds, apples, veggies and hummus, wasa crackers and almond butter, bananas and almond milk. Hope this helps.
  • I always have Almonds, light string cheese, single serving bags of popcorn, and protein powder on hand for snacks :) all around 100 cals but fills you up from the protein and whole grains (popcorn) :)

    Those 100 calorie snack packs are great, they even have kettle-corn now. Beef jerky, snack size boxes of cereal, fruit, yogurt and nuts.

    fruit, babybel light, hard boiled eggs, nuts (but restrict the portions), tuna, light cheese triangles.

    I have that problem also. I try to brush my teeth and drink alot of water to "pass" the urge. However, a couple snacks that are good to be our the weight watcher desserts if you like sweets and i love rice crackers w/ wabasi peas.Good luck
  • A couple of Cracker breads with a topping like low fat spread cheese .
