Hey! So my biggest downfall at the moment is snacking between meals and just before bed, really struggling and I was wondering if anyone had ideas or advice on foods I can buy that will keep me going and fill me up. Thanks guys

I try not to snack before bed because that is my hardest time not to over do it. I usually have a cup of flavored tea. That makes me feel special. lol. I also find that eating a majority of my calories for breakfast and lunch helps too. If I let myself get hungry then I am in trouble. Snacks I like to keep on hand are raw almonds, apples, veggies and hummus, wasa crackers and almond butter, bananas and almond milk. Hope this helps.0

I always have Almonds, light string cheese, single serving bags of popcorn, and protein powder on hand for snacks all around 100 cals but fills you up from the protein and whole grains (popcorn)0

Those 100 calorie snack packs are great, they even have kettle-corn now. Beef jerky, snack size boxes of cereal, fruit, yogurt and nuts.0

fruit, babybel light, hard boiled eggs, nuts (but restrict the portions), tuna, light cheese triangles.0

I have that problem also. I try to brush my teeth and drink alot of water to "pass" the urge. However, a couple snacks that are good to be our the weight watcher desserts if you like sweets and i love rice crackers w/ wabasi peas.Good luck0
