Hey! So recently iv been stepping it up a gear to get my body out of this maintaining weight phase it's been going through, iv been working extra hard with cardio 4 times per week but now I'm finding in getting a lot of pain which is hindering my job as a nurse. Iv been eating lots of protein the last few days to help but is there anything else I can do to speed up the healing?

Well what kind of pain? And what are your workouts???0

It's like a stretching pain, I did some dead lifting recently with the dumbells and now the joint in the mid arm, shoulder, upper back are very tender when I even flinch0

rest and have a hot bath or hit the sauna...
Cherry juice is meant to help with muscle pain aswell... drink a protein shake one or two hours before bed time so it helps repairing your muscles while resting....0 -
R.I.C.E.
R - Rest
I - Ice
C - Compression
E - Elevation
(I guessed what some of these letters stand for, so I'm not sure if this is right).0
