  • i absolutely love chips...cutting them out was just not an option...i have learned to love baked chips...i like baked lays or baked herrs chips...i find baked herrs to be a little too salty except the sourcream and onion ones...they are good...but i love baked lays bbq or sourcream and cheddar. I also love baked tostios…
  • it also takes a little longer for the calories to show up on MFP...not sure why but i do notice my food shows up quicker than my calories adjust

  • not sure if someone has answered this question yet, but it will adjust your calories once it has reached a point to increase your calorie allowance (hope that make sense) a certain amount of activity is assumed in your original profile (sedetary, lightly active, etc) because the two programs work together it wil adjust…

  • i tried the noodles... they have a strange texture...not totally horrible but not really enjoyable either....the tips i read is to try the angel hair noodles...they are a little better than the thicker noodles...i have only had then 1 time...i may try them again...just to give it another go
