does anyone notice that if they drink coffee on a regular basis you start to gain weight? prob dont have any pics without makeup...i always have a little on...usually just a little mineral powder and maybe a few spot coverups...not too much...only really put mascara on maybe 2xs a week and eyeliner and shadow when going out..oh yeah and lip gloss...really not too much...looks like i barely have any on on a reg.…

I am new to my fitbit also...i have had it for about a week...but so far i love it...i had a lot to learn....It automatically logs your amount of calories you should eat and then adjusts by your activity level during the day....so when you see over 1,000 calories burned right off the bat dont think something is wrong it…

I cant speak for everyone but i am pretty sure most people go through this....glad to see your back...just start again and try your best...its a learning process....just set yourself mini goals so you feel like your are working for/ and acheiving small things rather than focusing on the goal as a whole its a little easier…

I pretty much ate everything in sight....started out good some kashi cereal and almond milk....then went down hill from there...candy candy candy...reeses pieces (my major weakness), coconut eggs (another fav)...two big dinners....one for lunch and one for dinner (both sides of the family) and some really amazing…

by the way does anyone know how to make mfp refresh and adjust calories from fitbit.com? It has synced with fitbit.com but has not adjusted on mfp since this morning....how long does it usually take (sorry to go off topic)

i have only had my fitbit for 2 days now but from what i have learned....if you log your activity on mpf the fitbit will adjust the calories from the fitbit...it cannot tell you are doing zumba it can only tell you are doing some sort of movement. I have not actually tried it yet so i dont know if i am fully correct about…

some of my favorite are sage valley organic light popcorn...you get over 2 2/3 cups for 120 calories steam in the bag edemames....they take a while to eat so its a mind over matter thing (it really works) i loved baked chips and slow churned icecream both about 120 calories per serving (but they are obivious snacks)…

One thing that i did that really helped me move the scale is to be more precise on my portions. i bought a biggest loser food scale and i measure everything...it seems like a pain but if you measure everything in the morning and have it all portioned out for the whole day its not too bad. On walmart.com a scale is around…
