What is actually happening is the circulation is getting cutoff to that body part, so you need to get a better seat unless you don't plan on using that particular body part much in the future, cause prolonged cut off circulation will eventually damage it. Get a softer seat or padded bike shorts, especially for long rides.

Why give up coffee at all. This makes me laugh. Just drink coffee without sugar or sweetener with some skim milk. Super healthy and boosts metabolism. Not to mention that coffee has fibre which is another Health benefit. Come on people, use common sense.

Hey man, quick question. You say coffee is a culrprit, but you mean with the additions people put in, right? I drink 2 cups a day but no sugar or sweetener and just a tad of skim milk. I think this way coffee actually helps with your metabolism.

Actually studies prove that eating six times a day increases your metabolism. And it is a requirement when you lift heavy to make sure you get adequate protein in your system.

The only tea that will aid in weight loss is green tea or white tea, the rest is marketing. But to be 100% accurate any other tea that also has caffeine content will help at least a little bit, just not to the extent that green tea does

Yeah looking at a few days of your diary it looks like you're mostly vegetarian, except for the egg protein. So without meat it will be next to impossible for you to get to a high enough protein content daily. Actually I made my own plan based on my knowledge, I had to increase the protein because I do alot of weight training and I still find it hard to eat enough to get as much protein as I'd like. The carbs and fat are too easy to meet lol. I am gonna do another weigh in later on this week as the new strict plan seems to be…
