People often go on these diets not realizing that in order to be successful you have to commit to life long changes in your dietary habits. How long will most people last on a low carb or no carb diet? Not very long. Only make changes that you know you are able to stick to permanently.

Make a whey protein shake with berries and skim milk. It'll keep you full longer than other stuff and is great for you health wise. And you can take it with you on the go. You can also add oats to it for some extra slow digesting carbs to fuel your workout.

How about seeking out a nutritionist to go over your diet. A lot of problems like you describe are caused by inadequate nutrient intake.
