Word Of Advice - Stop Buying 'Diet' Whey Products

I see a lot of people on here posting that they use a diet whey product.

99% of the time you are paying over the odds for the same basic whey product with some green tea extract added.

Here is a good example

myprotein diet whey -- £13 PER KILO

1 - You would get significantly more servings out of the normal whey product as the protein content per 100g is so much higher, plus it's cheaper to begin with.

2 - The standard product would actually be better for most people on a low calorie diet as the fat and carb content is lower.

Save yourselves some money people, buy the green tea extract separately (if you must....)

    Most of the diet protein shakes have nearly double the calories the same brand whey protein.
    Most are extremely expensive as you're paying for the other supplements they contain.

    That protein actually seems low quality 54g per 100g? And the price seems kind of high. I pay $45 Canadian for 5lbs of kaizen whey - 35 grams of protein per 41gram scoop. Much more bang for your buck. Also, where is your protein sourced from. Kaizen is 100% new Zealand and European whey. A lot of other whey proteins use whey brought in from china. I don't know about you but I don't intend on consuming melamine.

    Edit: you know what I'm a tool. I completely misread your post. The second protein looks good, I only saw the first one and didn't look at the second one, sorry.

    This is the EXACT reason I don't buy diet whey. I use whey isolate, which is even lower in fat, carbs and calories and has a higher protein content.:drinker:
