I really enjoy reading all the success stories in the EM2WL group. I started the program Saturday, and have gained 3 pounds in 5 days. But knowing that eventually the gaining WILL end, and that I will lose weight in a healthy, sustainable manner keeps me going. SW 167 GW 145

I have been on 1200 calories a day for almost 2 months with no results. Do you think I need to eat MORE?

I don't think it matters what time of day you do your workouts, as long as you simply do them. I also am also feeling discouraged today, as I don't understand why I am not losing ANY weight when I am on a 1200 calorie a day diet :( why only eat 1200 cals a day if I am NOT going to lose any weight. Do blood pressure meds…

was it hard to start? a lot of zumba classes in my area are at least an hour long, and im worried about not beong able to keep up!

The reason why I am interested in the DVDS is because I livein Northeast ohio and its not always feasable to walk outside, and the treadmill gets so boring for me. Doing a dvd once or 2x a week might break up the week a little bit. Which one do you think i should start with? the 30 day shred?

I have a sedentary job, I am 30 years old, 5'5 169 pounds. i gained 19 pounds after a gall bladder removal surgery within 9 months.. just trying to figure out the number of calories I should be eating to lose weight. I gained on 1600 so I lowered it to 1400 and still gained. :(

I was reading some of these posts.. to lose weight, should I be eaating my body weight x10? beucase I have been using this program for three weeks and I have actuall GAINED weight, at 1200 calories a day (which is NOT my body weight x10, it is much less) could I be eatinf too little?
