I just watched the YouTube infomercial about it and got on here to see if anybody had any reviews of their own about it, LOL! So, I'm no help to you....but I am wondering the same thing! I don't mind spending the money....if it really works.

i found this on The Knots website:

    My review (Out of ☆☆☆☆☆)

    Difficulty Level ☆ ☆ ☆
*Certain exercises during this workout were quite challenging. Due to my chronic knee problems, I had to drop down to the "beginner" level multiple times because many of the exercises offered way too much impact. BUT, the "beginner" level does offer a knee-friendly alternative automatically and it was nice to not have to figure out how to modify any of the exercises for my own needs. People with knees like mine, should be just fine doing this workout with a light brace. I was able to do it without one entirely but will brace-up to see if I can do the higher impact moves.
*This was a good workout. Definitely not as challenging as some of the other ones I have tried in the past (30DS, Insanity, p90x...) but pretty well rounded and certainly a good choice for those just starting to work out for the first time or coming back to fitness after a long break.
*Doing a fast interval followed by a slow and then repeating was a nice addition to this workout. It allowed for an in-workout recovery time and HR lowering that made this an "easier" workout. You get a chance to breathe before you go into the next challenging move.

    Fun Level ☆☆
*Not gonna lie, I have the attention span of a gnat. I'm almost ALWAYS bored by the end of a workout and want to just be done so i can do something new. That being said, boredom didn't set in until after the 30 minute mark and it wasn't un-fun. It just wasn't thrilling and attention grabbing to the point that the time just flew by. HOWEVER, I'm pretty sure it'll be much better once I know the workouts by heart and can just blare my ipod for motivational music instead of just listening to the disc. BONUS! I love being able to set my own soundtrack for my exercise. I'll definitely continue this fitness program. Because hell, hitting my goal weight WOULD be worth ☆☆☆☆☆

    Stats ☆☆☆
*Total time (plus my added warm up and cool down stretches)
    50:59
*Total calories burned (I'm around 200lbs)
    324 calories
    *Average heart rate
    123 bpm
    *Maximum heart rate
    144 bpm

All in all: a good workout, not too challenging, decent calorie burn, would do it again.
