Hey walkers, Well I went to my monthly weight check at my doctor. According to the scale at the doctors office I only lost 8 pounds... Well since I didn't get a chance to walk any yesterday I made sure to get 2 miles in today... Some of it was walking but I think most of it was the stationary bike at the gym.. Diet soda will make you gain more weight than a regular soda.. I'm not sure exactly how but something about it has more sugar or something... Not sure...
