I found this website very helpful..also reading if you tweak your calories weekly you won't plateo...www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie/_calorie calculator.htm ..do your BMR and it shows how much you should eat for different levels and speeds for weight loss..Hope this helps!!:smile:

I would say drink a homemade smoothie! I make a smoothie i call the Green Monster but is DELISH!!! My hubby even loves it : 1 scoop whey protein, handful blueberries, 1 T flaxseed powder, 1/2 cup Spinach,1/2 cup vanilla or plain yogurt! OMG that is sooooo funny! lol!! I was totally hooked on those .I think they were the Extra Fiber bars! We also nickname them Fartbars and had to stop buying them when my sister burned her butt using too much Lemon airfreshner! Bwuahhhhhhh!

Im totally having the same problem...its so hard! Cant stop my meds and i have to lose this weight..im just going to have to really push myself to wrk out longer and not use excercise calories i earn...good luck!
