best of luck, it works and is lots less painful than other ways Ive tried to lose the weight, add me as a friend if you want, I have found that exercise is the best way to lose, and although hate the gym and regular classess have incorporated lots into my normal day, and its working. all the best

Ive started this, its a killer, I only managed once last week (making excuses I know, but my adult son was home with my eldest grandson, house was full) did on monday morning (cant manage more than a few star jumps (arthritic knee) so adapted by keeping one leg on ground, as soon as I get off MFP plan to do todays session

I Tried this just frozen banana and tablespoon milk per fruit, served with squirty cream and flaked almonds, it was so yummy and even I thought it was a great substitute for banana split cant wait to add peanut butter next time

add me.also have 25 lbs to lose (as a starting goal) I'm learning to love Pilates, have had comments that I "look" thiner, so sure its toning, also I cycle and swim. happy to assist with motivation, as I struggle myself

I found had more energy when cut carbs and increased protein, helped with snacking also

hope you realy enjoyed the extra. lifes too short to worry about the occasional slip, maybe when in the mood to exercise you can do a bit etra take care and remember its a journey, small steps still get you to the end
