Asics! I just got 2 new pairs of Asics after running in new Nike Free's which had zero support for me, though they were lightweight! Asics Gel feel great to me!

Definitely not. I used to go out "clubbing" and dancing all night in my upper teens and 20s. I was the heaviest I'd ever been then. Drinking all night, then getting hungry at 1am and raiding the fridge. Unless you are only going to drink water and not eat anything extra, then maybe you can log it!

It's really personal preference. I used to be a weekly weigher but that didn't work for me. Now I weigh every day or every other day. Know though, that if you do weigh every day you need to be aware that your body will fluctuate and you can't get obsessed with the numbers. I like to know out of curiousity's sake.

good luck! That's why I recently started waking up extra early to work out before doing anything else. I like getting it out of the way first thing. I have zero motivation later in the afternoon!

I started doing more weights, less sugar, and less Zumba (even though I love it) and it has busted me out of my plateau. The scale has only moved a bit but my clothes say otherwise. Zumba is great cardio, but the weights REALLY help!

I recommend getting the Biggest Loser DVDs. I am in shape, and those kick my butt every time. They combine strength and cardio and really tire you out. I rent them from the library- FREE! I would avoid just cardio, doesn't work for me!

There is a difference between pain and soreness. You sound very sore. I would take some aleve and keep going.

Yes, rest! I learned this the hard way. I overexercised last summer and didn't take any rest days. My period went away for 6 months!!

I am also dealing with an injury in a tendon near the outside of my ankle. I went for a long bike ride today. I would suggest swimming if you can. I actually lose weight a few days before and at the end I'm a few pounds heavier. This particular time I am a few lbs heavier but it just stopped a few days ago. I am NOT weighing myself next month during TTOM.

Hmmm..I feel the opposite. Were you replacing a whole meal and just drinking the shake mixed with water or something low cal? Maybe you weren't getting enough calories? I drink it daily, but I drink it with stuff added to it and also have an egg white omelet with it for breakfast. My nails and eyelashes have been growing…

I like to run with a good play list and very early in the AM when it's still kind of dark. I also look forward to my breakfast when I get home.

I am about 133 lbs- I burn about 140 cals on level 1, 170 on level 2, 160 on level 3. I use 5 lb, 8 lb, and 10 lb weights and switch them throughout all the levels depending on how hard I want to work.
