I am like you, just trying to lose about 3-5 lbs. My tips are that I do eat 3 meals a day, but I snack ALOT between meals on veggies, hard boiled egg whites, sugar free popsicles, gum, etc, so I don't get hungry as much. My resting is under 60. When I work out it can be anywhere from 115-164. I don't wear it unless I'm doing a work out.

I stuck to my calories, exercised and felt great, and didn't dig into the ice cream tonight, though I did enjoy my planned after dinner treats.

Ugh! I hear you. I work from home and while it is nice that I can work in my pjs if I want, it is very isolating and I feel that I would eat less if my kitchen wasn't available. Back in August. Thinnest I've ever been- looked great in my bikini, etc. However, I may have been in the best shape but I was overdoing the exercise. I lost my period. I've had to gain weight back to get my period back and back off the exercise a bit.

Eat dinner much later and then save room for calories at night. I like to eat popsicles at night since they are low cal.

I log it as dancing but I use my HRM for the calories and just. MFP always underestimates the calories burned for me for ZUMBA!

For me I need to eat a substantial breakfast- at least 400 cals, because I work out during lunch and don't snack in between.

Some ideas to help - read before bed to get your mind of things. Make sure you write anything down before you go to bed for your "to do" list so it's not on your mind. I used to work out at home and had great results. Then, I got bored. I MUST do a GROUP EXERCISE class in order to get me to the gym. Once I'm in the room, there are no excuses!

This has happened to me before when I power walk, but the hives only appeared on my abdomen!

I guess just because I find it noticeable...when I'm the only one getting up to go twice when everyone else went once or none..I'm just self conscious about it.
