  • I typically only notice people who hog equipment, basically I just do my own thing. That said, I don't like the weight room with the big muscle bound guys grunting and dropping heavy weights.   • I weight train 3x a week, HIIT class 2x week, MOC Barre class 1x week, plus short 30-40 min workouts 5x week in the mornings. I usually take off one day a week as a rest day.
