  • I am on metformin and i am on loestrin it's helped a bunch with my mood swings..and no acne or weight gain...but metformin dosage i am on is a bit high i am going to the doctor tomorrow for blood work and check my A1C hopefully is down that way i can reduce the dosage. i am starting to feel better finally. :)

  • I have PCOS..and so far is going ok i wish it were going faster but that's ok i am losing inches instead of lbs ...thats a great thing i was able to wear some of my old clothes again...its a process but u have to keep going...exercise exercise is key and good diet so far i lost 14lbs since april.

  • I admit i don't sleep 7hr sometimes i sleep 5 hrs or just 2 hrs ...i don't know why it happens to me but i know is due to my hormone imbalance i get really anxious and doesn't let me sleep usually i drink sleepy time tea to sleep and it does help or warm milk with cinnamon just so i can relax a bit

  • I drink my 8 cups of water because i am the type that sweats a lot!! especially when exercising!! so 8 cups won't be enough for me usually i drink up to 12 cups a day just to stay hydrated

  • I do yoga, and strength training i find that these work for me better than just doing an hr of just cardio but i still do cardio just 2 days a week only my body is backwards that way lol but my clothes are fitting much better than they were a month ago which is great for me my arms are getting stronger :)
