if it is herbal tea (no caffeine) you can count it as water, but any beverage that has any little bit of a caffeine would not count! Some of my favorite herbal teas are from Yogi!

Herbal tea would count, but not caffeine since it dehydrates you and coffee does not count sadly...coffee makes you more dehydrated!

A little late but I will be doing this challenge since I will be out of town visiting family it will be great to do quickly! Since I won't have my gym to go to! I'm in!

I DID IT!! I spaced them out during the day, and did a least 50 in my Cardio Intervals class, and just finished my last 40 now! (made my husband join in too! :) since he skipped the gym) 150 squats body weight only! :)

I am 5'8" and at 158 now, working my way to get down to 140, I have always been chucky and the losest I have been was around 145 for my wedding day! Wish I would have kept myself in check and worked out so I would be back up again trying to lose 20 lbs! Doing a lot of aerobics classes at the gym! Would love to have support…
