im just like you! im also 5'4" and trying to get to at least 130. right now im 156....we are very alike! i have my diary set at 1200 but i dont always eat all that, plus i do cardio/jogging. if i stay on track its working well for me. good luck add me if youd like a new friend!

These recipes sound great! but i have to say im a huge fan of trader joes lite parmesan ranch and light champagne vinagrette!!! both are hella delish and low on fat and cals!!

i just bake mine in the oven til soft. when you cut it open it pretty much mashes with a fork. i add brummel and brown to mine....love it!!

i have the breville juice fountain plus and i love it!! easy to use and to clean. the more expensive extractor juicers are hell to clean!! plus it wasnt a fortune to buy.

you should totally try getting a juicer...i love mine. then you can juice your fruits and veggies then add them to your blender with assorted fruits or powders...my sister does this and loves if!

i have a juicer too and i love it!! i just add each thing thats in my juice seperately. its not going to be exact but its the easiest way to get a close cal count. some juice recipes are already listed also.

the subway here that i go to only uses light mayo anyway. the turkey on wheat no cheese is only around 300 cals i think. and now blimpie has light mayo!!
