Counting Juicing Calories Correctly

Please Help: I have a juicer and I juice daily however I really don't know how I should calculate the calories. The problem is that the juicer only extracts the juice from the calories, There is no pulp, skin, seeds or etc. When I create my recipe it gives me a large calorie count based on the whole veggie/fruit but I'm actually not eating all of those calories, therefore I do not know how I should calculate the points. I don't want to give up too many calories. What would you suggest?

i have a juicer too and i love it!! i just add each thing thats in my juice seperately. its not going to be exact but its the easiest way to get a close cal count. some juice recipes are already listed also.0

I love to juice!!! measure each juice separately as you juice, and log them each into your diary!! For Carrot juice I search 'raw carrot juice' ext. I have never juiced something that I couldn't find as 'raw juice' in the database!0
