Seriously, just stay at your calorie intake and it doesn't matter what time you eat. Your body doesn't know the time. Stop eating at 7pm works for you then stay with it.

I don't like the math on this. When I calculated my TDEE this way it was 5630 calories. Then minus that by 20% and it is 4504 calories a day. I don't think so. I know what you mean. I bought new running shoes last night because I hurt my calf again. I finally realized it was my shoes and not me. You think I would learn. I need to start replacing my running shoes every 250 - 300 miles instead of 400 - 500 miles. Makes a world of difference. :happy:
