  • I eat organic fresh ground peanut butter so there is no salt or sugar added you may want to look into that. When it comes to eggs I eat 1 whole egg to 3 egg whites so you cut out the a lot of the fat that way. I couldn't make a choice between the two.

  • Brile this plan 2 is a tough one, I had to add to my snacks, I am at 1400 cals and starving and sleepy could be the lack of carbs I am used to getting from my fruit. Hopefully I will get used to it in the next couple of days. How are you doing on plan 1?
