I'm right there with you. I lost 27 lbs with this app back in 2011. Fell off the wagon and gained 19 of them back. Now I'm back at it again hoping to lose about 30 lbs. I'm down 7 so far!

Great job, girl! You look fantastic!

I was kind of in the same boat. I'm 5'6.5" with a goal of 140. Got stuck at 153 and couldn't get below. I started doing just 3 days per week of high intensity intervals (walk briskly for 3 minutes, sprint for 1) and I started losing again. I am currently at 149.

I have severe ibs-c and have tried absolutely everything, from added fruits and veges, extra water, fiber, stool softeners, magnesium, senna tea, enemas, and prescription meds. The only thing I have found that helps me is Oxy-powder.

I live in Louisville also. In southwest Jefferson County.

Doing Weight Watchers Momentum and walking is the only thing that has helped me lose the menopause weight!

Wow, unbelievable! And I thought I had accomplished something by losing 25 lbs! Congratulations!!

I had a complete hysterectomy five years ago and immediately was thrown into menopause. Up to that point, I had always been able to eat whatever I wanted. I did not change my eating habits and in 5 years I gained about 30 pounds. I got on the scale in March of this year and decided enough was enough. I started following…

I've done it twice now and I love it! You will definitely lose inches!

I was 12 pounds from my goal for a couple of months. I would lose one week then gain the next. I started doing high intensity intervals a couple weeks ago and have started losing again!
-
17 pounds is probably 5-10% of your body weight. That's significant! You look awesome!

Yes, my husband actually started about a month before I did. He has lost 30 pounds and I have lost 25. We are both doing Weight Watchers also. I can't get him to exercise with me, though. He just does the diet part. I would love to have an exercise partner.

I'm 5'6 1/2" and I am also trying to get to 140. I'm currently at 152 (started at 175). But these last 12 pounds just do not want to come off! I'd welcome any advice for plateau busting!

I have an older version of Slim in 6, which I have done a couple of times. I think it is a great workout., although it does get repetitive. I could see a huge difference in my waist and thighs after I did it. This is my favorite of all the "infomercial" dvd's I have tried (and I've tried several) !

I am in the exact same boat! I have 12 more pounds to lose and have been stuck for a month. I would love a friend to be accountable to and maybe we can come up with some plateau busting ideas.

I would definitely like to join in this challenge. I've been wanting to try doing intervals at different walking speeds.

I had the same problem. I hadn't gone for several weeks. I had tried fiber, water, laxatives, stool softeners, magnesium, amitiza ...nothing worked. Oxy Powder was the ONLY thing that worked for me. You might have to give it 2-3 days depending on how backed up you are. But be prepared to be near a bathroom!

When I got on the scale and weighed more than the day I gave birth to either of my kids! I knew I had to do something so I started weight watchers the next day. That was in March and I've lost 22 pounds since then.

Thanks for the replies, they are very encouraging! I will definitely add hiit to my routine as well as scrutinizing my diet further!

I hate Mayo, cheese & potato chips!

We are in the same boat. I am 5'6" and 154 lbs. I have not lost any weight for about 3-4 weeks. I have decided to switch from walking to workout dvd's to make my body try something it's not as efficient at.

I am 5'6" and started out at 175 lbs. I am currently at 154 and I think I would like to get to 140. That should put me at a size 8/10.

Do some research on a supplement called inositol. It is part of the B vitamin family and is supposed to be good for anxiety disorders. It is pretty inexpensive. The powder form gets into your system faster. Something else you might look at is 5-htp. Good luck, I know what it's like.

I like to take a Multi-vitamin, calcium/vitamin D (since most vitamins don't contain much) and fish oil.
