  • I am all about the lightweight minimalist shoes... and I run a lot! However, they wear out about 150 miles faster, that is the only downfall...
  • hahah I love this... well... if you need an excuse to wear fishnets and platforms... and you like techno, go to a rave :)... Tutus, fishnets and platforms are a must ;-) whatever you feel sexiest in, rock it!
  • How weird, I saw the temptation challenge of one of the earlier seasons and it was amazing. The contestant who ate the most cupcakes was able to go home to his/her family for a weekend. Because no one wanted to down 50 cupcakes they voted on who was most deserving of going home, and that person ate one cupcake. He ate "the…
  • My roomie used to make funfetti cake cookies and they were only like 60 cals a pop... maybe add a little lemonade to the recipe instead of water? Crystal light packets? Lol be creative I'm sure something will taste fab
  • I read a funny article on BBC saying that a Brit being cast as Superman was payback for us casting a Yank as Sherlock Holmes lol
  • I took a road trip this past summer from Central California--Nevada--Utah--Idaho--Wyoming--Colorado and then back to California... let me tell you. It was one interesting month. I didn't gain much but there was some gain (>5lbs over the month) some of that due to water weight, a lot due to sodium, some due to sitting on my…
  • Congrats on taking the first steps and reaching out for feedback! From the brief look I took... EAT MORE VEGGIES!!!! :-D Fresh or frozen veggies try to include them with one of your meals each day and then go from there. I would also slowly try to move away from fried foods and beer every day haha... but it is all one day…
  • This made me teary. Read a bit about the mission statement, it is a new site and I think what they are doing is really amazing <3 thank you for the share
  • I just want to say to all of you Paleo folk... you all are so hardcore. Maybe one day I can do it... maybe... *must find carbssssssssssssss* ;-) way to go though!
  • I drink a BSN lean dessert chocolate protein shake every day.... 150 cals and it fills.you.up. You can order it online, my big tub (18servings or so) was about $20 after shipping
  • I feel ya, I try to stay between 1200-1300 on non exercise days (like today) too. Fell free to look at my diaries, they can be a bit scattered but should be helpful.
  • love this! How many servings does this recipe make?
  • almost 600 cals and 600mg of sodium... I wouldn't do it. Even splitting it... Maybe go for something that is whole wheat instead for better complex carbs? Or a fat free frozen yogurt?
  • Amazing, the sugar free choco one tastes like chocolate lava cake if you toast it. Def worth the cash to help your sweet tooth. They sell them at some groceries, but I buy mine at Target, they are cheaper there :) Try a box for fun, they are fab!
  • I try to stay under 24g of added sugar so I dont count milk or fruit, however, too much fruit, while always better than candy, can slow your weight loss. xxx
  • if you are french tipping your toes just be sure to use the barrier cream (a thick lotion they provide) on your toes so they don't turn yellow. If you are getting your toes painted a color then you can go lighter on the barrier cream and be safe but either way get the pedi before is my advice... and yes stay away from…
  • Oh yes^^ If you can go somewhere and be manually sprayed (and you aren't super shy) that is by far the best way to do it :)!!
  • I am a spray tan aholic :) I recommend VersaSpa if you have a tanning salon that offers them (it's a type of spray tan machine). Make sure the person shows you the proper way to stand and how to use the machine!!! This will ensure an even tan. OK so 1. Get your spray tan the day before your wedding, even 2 days before so…
  • make sure you account for all of the ingredients, like the first link shows that the California roll is 250 cals or so but it doesn't include mayo on the ingredient list and a lot of sushi placed mix the imitation crab with mayo.
  • stay away from fried and breaded, and like the above poster said, eat lotssss of fish. Fruits and veggies to snack on are good, and drink in moderation and you should be fine!
  • without a doubt, ezekiel!

  • I think there is medication that can help with this. I'm so sorry! I would certainly see a doctor and def practice Kegel exercises! Strengthen those muscles!
  • Sometimes when I plateau I eat a little more maybe like 1320 cals and drop my carbs/up my fat protein... Are you tracking your sugar... sugar and sodium can be real killers.
  • I'm doing the Southern California Warrior Dash in Oct :-D can't wait
  • i have been interested in it but can't commit. I don't really love meat. I have a friend who did it though, he is a workout a holic :) and he bulked up and leaned down like crazy but was allwayysss hungry and spent tons of money on food. He is also one of the strongest people I know... and I know I would cave and eat carbs…
  • Im custom set to 1200 cals right now, 40% carbs 30% fat 30%protein... It's a weird combo I know, but I'm slowly trying to work my way down to 40/20/40 C/F/P and I usually try to burn 400+ cals a day and finish the week at 2000+ burned. However, I have heard that I need to eat more... net at least 1200 cals yadayada... I…
  • I am on a 40 day "push" just working extra hard and saying "no" to more for 40 days (day 41 is my bday ) So I have a countdown on my calendar and I love crossing days off :) I also leave little notes in the "notes" section of my food diary. So, yes, I think it can be a huge help :)
  • sounds like paleo :)
  • tried them today. They were good. Not pasta mind you, but pretty good. I boiled them for 2 min, rinsed in cold water, threw some turkey marinara (1/2c) on top and let it sit in the sauce overnight. Today at work I microwaved them for 2 min and they were pretty good. The whole bag, plus sauce was only 85cals lol.
