  • I think some fun workout dvd's can be anything really. I love Zumba so the Zumba workout DVD's are fun. Any kickboxing ones are fun. Depends on which route you want to go.

  • I would say to keep track. If you are having loads of protein your body can go into ketosis. That is only for the people who are eliminating a lot of carbohydrates. It can be hard on the kidney's if too much protein so make sure you drink lots of water!
