Protein

Just a quick question is it ok to go over on your protein or should I be more aware of the protein I am consuming?

    I would say to keep track. If you are having loads of protein your body can go into ketosis. That is only for the people who are eliminating a lot of carbohydrates. It can be hard on the kidney's if too much protein so make sure you drink lots of water!
