Love it with a splash of Dasani Drops flavor enhancer. Strawberry kiwi is yummy. I know they are made for water, but they work really well to flavor cottage cheese and greek yogurt!

We are the exact same height and weight and are having the exact same problem. And while I have read the other posts that say this is a healthy weight, I honestly feel soooo much better when I am at around 132-135. Hoping someone has tips!

Blueberry Cheesecake shake 1 scoop vanilla creme whey protein 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 TBSP of sugar free jello cheesecake pudding mix Ice ( I usually do 3 or 4 cubes ) and blend!

It's actually called a "Crock-Pot® Lunch Crock® Warmer"..... this is the only one that I have found that has the sealed container. You can look at it on the Crock pot website just to get and idea :)

You could get a "mini" crock pot. I got mine at Target for $19.99 but they do sell them on Amazon. Make some turkey chili or really any healthy meal as long as it will can all be heated together. Plug in your little crock pot when you get to work and have wonderful hot healthy meals by lunch time. (It holds about 16 ozs.…

I'm 5'6 and started at 156 pounds and have gotten down to 142. I would like to get around 128 but seem to be at a standstill for now, so if I can at least maintain through Thanksgiving I hope to show some more loss in the next few weeks!

I am currently at 143 but would like to get down to 128-134 where I seem to feel more comfortable. Just hoping to be able to maintain this time since I am doing it the right way!
