Got a recipe from my Mom and made it lower calorie. I really like it and I am sure you could add fruit or a topping to it to change it up even more. Maybe some spices too.

1/2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart
1 cup Egg Beaters ( Equivalent of 4 eggs)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Splenda

Mix all together and pour into a pie pan lightly greased (I used spray oil so no cals to count)
Place in a 350 degree oven and cook until done (Use a butter knife and when it is poked in the middle and comes out clean)
Took me a while 20 minutes or so, Should have kept track...Sorry!
Edges will be browned a little. Let cool and slice into 8 pieces/servings

Hope the pic with info for calories etc.works,
Mark
