  • I have a SUUNTO heart rate monitor and I really like it. I can't think of a single complaint I have about it.
  • I love my SUUNTO. I have a SUUNTO and a GARMIN and both required me to enter height/weight/age/gender/ and activity level. The Garmin always says I've burned more calories than the SUUNTO does, so I feel like my SUUNTO makes me work harder, which I view as a good thing!
  • All calories count. Even ones from vegetables and other healthy foods. Too many calories will slow your weight loss even if they come from fruits or vegetables.   • It's a pretty good workout. I've done all three levels, and they are all challenging in different ways. You're only going to burn 200 or so calories doing the workout though.
