Field Roast's Chao cheese is amazing.

I used to play a lot and am thinking about getting back into it. I stop playing in it for a while, but always come back.

I'm having the same problem. I'm having a very hard time with it right now.

I like the coconut almond one from Almond Breeze or Almond Plus from So Delicious.

Big Bang last November. Best concert ever. I was on a post concert high for about a month.

Bread and cheese. Rice. Jaffa Cakes.

1. Kwon Jiyong 2. Voltaire (the musician :P ) 3, Alexander Skarsgard Um... I don't really have a type anymore, I guess.
-
You are awesome. Thank you for sharing this. (Was thinking about doing the same thing for a big goal in the coming months!)

I hate the unsweetened type. I keep trying to like it, but nope. I've started adding a little bit of stevia to it and it seems to help.

I had the Mirena and loved it. The only pill I liked was Loestrin Fe. The patch annoyed me and the ring annoyed my body. If I had to do it again, I'd go with the Mirena.

Take what you enjoy. I took French for many years and I do use it fairly regularly. I do wish I'd followed my heart and taken what I was actually interested in though.

Jaffa Cakes. Baguettes. Muffins.

Shirataki noodles, Miracle noodles, whatever. Some varieties have tofu in them, so they do have more calories, but I prefer the texture a bit better. Typically in the section by the tofu or in an Asian market, in the general refrigerated aisle. Some varieties aren't kept cold. First warning: they smell horrific when you…

LOL at pink being labeled a girl's only colour. Once colours showed up in infant clothing (used to be all white DRESSES for all genders), it was thought that pink was a colour for boys because it was "strong" and blue was "dainty". Soooo. BS on that. My boyfriend listens to a lot of Korean boy bands. I asked him if it…

Partially genetics (PCOS, hypothyroid), but mostly cookies. I used to eat so many cookies. Looking back, I have no idea how I did it, but my lord...

ISFJ - Customer service rep (I stock shelves and answer stupid questions) at a health food store.

I took some for a while, under doctor supervision. Did they work? Kind of. Did the side effects suck? Yes. It wasn't really worth it. My skin revolted and if I took the pills any later than about 7am, I was screwed as far as sleeping that night.

Not every day. I have these little almond cookies that I love so so much. They're 120 calories for 6 of them and if I have the calories, I'll definitely have them.

South Korea for me.

45 minutes dancing like a fool and a bit of weights to work out my arms.

Add me! I juuuust got out of that funk recently and would love more friends.

Sometimes I'll eat a Luna Bar for a snack, but I've recently switched to Lara Bars for my "oh crap, I don't have time to eat" mini meal. It's not optimal, but it's better than crap.
-
Good luck! I hope you have a swift recovery!

If you do go see your doctor, bring your logs. I went to see mine and I know it would have been so much more helpful had I brought them with me. As it was, she told me I was probably eating too much and it took 3500 calories to make a pound of fat, etc etc.

Yeah, I had some problems going into the store with clothing, but sometimes they do have a better variety online, at least with sports bras. I have had to hem all my stupid pants though, now that I think about it. You MIGHT have some luck poking around REI or other sports stores, at least for sports bras. I know they have…

Definitely not just you. I'm in a similar place and have been for far too long. Only thing that keeps me from completely losing it and eating myself out of house and home is remembering that if I do that, I've pretty much undone all the stupid annoying dieting that I've been doing and all my effort will be wasted. I really…
-
Have you ever looked at Lane Bryant? That's where my supportive sports bra came from, as well as one of my pairs of pants.

I've got a ways to go myself. Feel free to add me!

I plan to have a breast lift and removal of the excess skin on my upper arms, which has been the bane of my existence since I was about 14. My weight changes haven't been drastic (yet!), but the skin on my arms is pretending it has been. Don't know why, but my lord, it drives me insane.

This is me! I was put on a low dose of levothyroxine and basically no other instructions. It's only been a couple months for me, but I've noticed I'm a heck of a lot less cold than I used to be. Some vegetables are cooked and some are raw, so it really does depend on what vegetable it is.
