My most recent binge was all of last week in Vegas. I came back with 3 extra pounds... I dont drink, it was all due to eating till I felt like I could explode.

I just get so depressed. The weight comes off so slowly. Its not like I want to lose 10 pounds a week, but when I work my big butt off running and weighing food and avoiding burritos, then I look at the scale and I'm 1 pound down. Or a pound up some weeks! I just get so flustered. I think "F*** it" and I eat what I want, then I feel so guilty and terrible and the work starts all over. I seem to just fluctuate between 215 and 207. I really don't know how to help the depression and anxiety over my weight. Does anyone else ever feel like this? i am desperate.

I have done this so many times I can't even tell you. I actually fell off the wagon and gained all my weight back. Kind of a long story, but feel free to add/message me if you need help. I know how you feel!

Its good to know its not just me... It seems to be quite a vicious cycle. Perhaps compounded with the fact that my 2 best friends are skinny mini (one is a model, the other a gymnast) so they have no clue what I'm going through... I feel quite alone in this.

Definitely not just you. I'm in a similar place and have been for far too long. Only thing that keeps me from completely losing it and eating myself out of house and home is remembering that if I do that, I've pretty much undone all the stupid annoying dieting that I've been doing and all my effort will be wasted.

I really do know the feeling, especially lately. Watching calories and exercising. My weight is going up. It's like, why bother? I can eat things I prefer, things that are easier, simple, fast and have the same thing happen. But... that won't lead to being healthier. If nothing else, my body is getting healthier, I can feel it.

Just need to remember that this is a lifestyle change and we're having to retrain ourselves after years and years on unhealthy habits. It's probably not going to happen overnight and there will be setbacks that make us want to give up. But to get fit and healthier, we have to keep trying, even if it's frustrating as all get out.
