This is what I use: I exfoliate, etc and put on BEFORE bed. It does stain my sheets, but that doesn't bother me. I have never ever had it run on me, ever. I also do not get streaky even using my hands to apply. 10000% recommend. Straight hair girl, here, so I can't help you with that part!

Yep, I do that when I can as well. But 8 oz of regular ice cream for 190 calories is really hard to find. This is a great option as well. you do you!

I'm on my last 10 pounds and it comes off MUCH slower than the other 135 pounds. Your body is smaller, so it takes longer to lose the last bit. Be sure and log every single thing that you eat so that you do not overeat without realizing it. Stick to a calorie deficit and you'll lose those last 15 pounds!
