I do low carb high fat too if you would like to add me.

I never drank diet soda or any other soda for that matter until I started on this journey with my fitness pal. I now enjoy it occasionally. I figure all the smoking and drinking ETC over my 33 years where far worse for me than this could ever be.

I have been eating a low carb diet for the last few months. The reason I like it is because I can easily eat a packet of bicscuits or loads of bread and then crave more. Whilst I have eaten this way | haven't craved those foods at all and feel so much better. I understand it isn't for everyone but it certainly helps me.…

Also Lifting is AMAZING!! You will need to up your protein though. There are many ways to do this but I don't think bread is the answer. Do you like nuts? Any way I really hope you get the answers and the help that you need. :flowerforyou:

To be honest I have read both the threads that you have started. I am really concerned about you. Maybe you should see your Doctor and get your IBS under control. You won't feel quite so bloated then. Do you know the facts about it? and what foods to avoid? etc. The calories you are taking in don't appear to be enough. You…

I did a similar diet only for a few weeks until I lost a little bit of weight. It worked but it's something I wouldn't recommend for the long term. The best thing is learning how to manage your food for the long term and look after yourself. I found it very boring, very expensive and it didn't do my social life any…

I also used orlistat from my DR they worked for a while until I started eating normally. Plus they took away all the good fats from my diet so my skin and hair suffered!!
-
I have used XLS, you can have the ones I have left because they didn't work!! I have wasted so much money on all of this. It really is true, although I wouldn't have listned to good advice before wasting my money either....
-
Well yeah if you want to throw your money away otherwise no. Save your money and spend it on something worthwhile. :-)

I used the power plate and toned up!! But I was doing squats, lunges, calf raises, push Ups and dips etc on it as well as cardio and weights elsewhere. You have to put hard work into anything to see real results!!
-
I use water because I am keeping my carbs down and I don't want to add more Calories.

Me too :-)
